| 描述： | Very distorted voice picked up over shortwave radio using the Twente university online radio receiver.The centerfrequency, encoding and bandwidth were intentionally setup wrong to obtain a distorted sound. Beieve the original transmission was in German. During the recording I moved the frequency and bandwidth settings to obtain variation of the distortion. |
